This program allows the customer the ability to purchase a higher quantity at a better price, without the worry of storage space. A delivery schedule is developed that is structured around your business needs. You are provided with your own customer service representative that would be familiar with you and your needs. Simply provide us with 24 hours notice and your shipment will be on route.

This program provides the same benefits of the warehouse program but with the extra benefit of Action Box controlling reordering and inventory levels. A maximum and minimum point would be established to ensure both inventory and pricing is at an optimum level. A weekly or daily report will be emailed to show current stock levels. This report can also be used as a request for release.

Terms and Conditions :

• Shipments will be in pre-determined skids/bundles/bags.
• Products will be invoiced at time of delivery.
• Products must be invoiced and shipped within 60 days of first shipment.
• If product remains in warehouse after 60 days, customer has the following choices:
• --- Send to warehousing the balance of paid product remaining.
• --- Pay for the warehousing charges for a maximum of 90 days.
• Just in time delivery system requires 24 hours for next day delivery. Delivery less than 24 hours may incur a freight charge. Confirmation of all delivery requests will be emailed to insure 100% accuracy and on time delivery.
• Customer is fully responsible for taking all old inventory if product is discontinued and or product specifications have changed.
