Action Box Co. has pioneered a new process for manufacturing small and large quantity, custom boxes. We offer customers a valuable and timely alternative to traditional packaging suppliers.
How many different box styles do you offer?
We offer a number of box styles which you can view in the Products section of our web site. These styles can be custom built to your exact specifications. You can also visit our Design Center for information on how to create a box.
What are your order minimums?
We have none. You can order just one box or a thousand we’re happy to assist you. Please note: A Minimum invoice total of $100 is required.
How do I find you?
Action Box is located just off of Highway 1, at exit 264th on Gloucester Estates. Go to our Contacts page for a full color map and directions.
What if I need a custom style?
No Problem! Please visit our Services section to learn about our design services. You’ll find information on our capabilities.
Do you offer printing on boxes?
We do offer a number of different printing solutions from spot printing and up to four colors. Just give us a call at 604-857-1660 and tell us your requirements.
How long does it take to complete and ship my order?
In most cases, we can complete and ship your order the next day (stocked items). We stock a variety of corrugated cardboard, plastic corrugated and other materials so your order can be made and shipped quickly.
What about shipping charges?
We offer free shipping for orders over $350 (most areas of the lower mainland) Shipping charges are calculated after you place an order. We do not charge your credit until you have approved the shipping charges. We will ship your order using the most economical method unless you specify differently in the order form. You may call for a shipping estimate prior to placing your order or fill out our request a quote form and we'll get right back to you.
Do you offer stock (ready made) boxes?
Yes. We carry stock boxes in hundreds of styles and sizes all available for next-day shipping. Please visit our Stock Boxes section for a complete listing.
What if I need inner packaging?
We feature a wide selection of internal protective packaging that can be custom designed for your box.

What are your hours of operation?
Our normal business hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. We are also available via email at info@actionbox.ca.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Cheque and Debit.
Do you provide credit terms?
Yes, of course. Just fill out our online credit application located on our home page. Once processed we will be happy to provide you credit.
